Italian football raving about former Real Madrid ace, expects him to return soon

Como midfielder Nico Paz is currently making waves in Italy’s Serie A, and Real Madrid are closely monitoring his progress, reports June Lavin.

For what it is worth, the youngster has already recorded two assists in just six games since joining Como, a sign that his potential is beginning to shine.

As a result, Italian football pundits are expressing admiration for his performances, and there is a growing consensus that he will return to Real Madrid sooner rather than later.

Nico’s journey at Como has been remarkable, especially considering that only 49 days have passed since he made the move from Real Madrid for a transfer fee of €6 million. Under Cesc Fabregas, Nico has quickly adapted to the demands of professional football.

Initially starting as a substitute while he adjusted to the higher level of competition, he has since earned a regular spot in the starting lineup, showcasing his impressive skills and maturity on the pitch.

Despite Como’s 1-3 loss to Napoli, Nico’s fearless play did not go unnoticed. He demonstrated creativity and determination, traits that highlight his status as a generational talent.

His contributions have been so significant that he has even caught the attention of Argentina’s national team coach, Lionel Scaloni, resulting in his call-up for upcoming matches against Venezuela and Bolivia.

It is worth noting that while Como have only acquired 50% ownership of Nico, Real Madrid have retained key rights. The club has a buy-back clause that can be activated until 2027, alongside a right of first refusal.

Given his impressive performances and the potential he has shown, the idea of his return to Madrid is becoming increasingly realistic.

The Spanish giants are not likely to overlook a player who could be a vital part of their future, and if Nico continues to develop at this pace, it won’t be long before he finds himself back in the Spanish capital.
