Copa America 2024: Knockout stage bracket is set

Sixteen teams entered the tournament. After roughly , only eight teams remain.

The CONMEBOL quadrennial tournament’s knockout stage is set with eight teams preparing to square off in the competition’s quarterfinals. , Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, and are the final teams that remain.

Three of the quarterfinalists – Argentina, Brazil and Colombia – finished in the top three of the previous iteration of the Copa América in 2021. It was Argentina that came away holding the trophy that year after a 1-0 victory over Brazil. Colombia won the third-place game, 3-2, over Peru.
