Out-of-favour Real Madrid midfielder will continue despite exit rumours

Amidst ongoing rumours about a potential exit, Dani Ceballos has made it clear that he has no intention of leaving Real Madrid this summer, according to journalist Miguel Angel Lara via MARCA

Despite the speculation, Ceballos remains fully committed to the club, and his determination to stay is stronger than ever.

It must be noted that Ceballos was actively involved during Real Madrid’s pre-season tour of the United States, featuring in all three games. In fact, he was one of the few players who completed the entire pre-season campaign.

However, his playing time against Atalanta was minimal, as he only came on for a few minutes when the result was already decided.

Nevertheless, the midfielder is fully focused on staying with Real Madrid for the entire 2024/25 season. This resolve was his plan from the end of the previous season, and his commitment has only deepened since then.

The 27-year-old is no stranger to setbacks, having experienced the frustration of missing out on pre-season preparations due to injuries in the past.

Determined to avoid a repeat, Ceballos has made it his priority to enter this season in peak physical condition. His hard work has paid off, and Real Madrid’s coaching staff are impressed with the way the former Arsenal midfielder has approached the season.

His excellent form has put him in a strong position to contribute to the team, especially in light of the first major setback of the pre-season: Eduardo Camavinga’s injury.

Ceballos’ current physical condition allows manager Carlo Ancelotti to consider him a valuable asset for the team.

And with Camavinga sidelined, Ceballos could play a crucial role in filling the gap in the midfield. His experience and versatility could prove to be vital as the season progresses.
